Bombay Sapphire Return Policy?
Bombay Sapphire Distillery has a Cancellation Policy. Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days from when they have received their delivery. They can do this by emailing hello@bombaysapphire.com with details of the order number, their name, address, and contact details. After cancellation, they have an additional 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable food items and personalised bottles are exempt from being returned.
Customers may also return items that are faulty, not as described or damaged. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 days.
For order cancellations, the cost of delivery to the customer will be refunded but not the cost of returning the item(s). For faulty goods, the full amount including the original delivery charge and any reasonable costs for the customer to return the product will be refunded.
